Today I’m unboxing what is definitely one of the most unique subscription boxes I’ve tried so far. It’s called the EsianMall Spa Box, and is one of two beauty boxes offered by EsianMall. The box features a quirky but practical mix of K-beauty skincare along with a few gamer/geek chic accessories. Here’s a quick rundown of the box:
- Includes 5-6 total items, including full-sized beauty products (consisting of mostly skincare) and 1-2 geek chic items
- Beauty products are all from Asia (primarily Korea)
- Costs $24.95/month
- Ships worldwide, with free shipping within the US
So without further ado, let’s take a peek inside one of the past EsianMall Spa beauty boxes. This one in particular was sent out in May.
EsianMall Spa Beauty Box Review
The EsianMall Spa Beauty Box for May 2017 was packed with four Korean skincare products plus two Star Wars-themed accessories.
Tony Moly I’m Real Pomegranate Mask Sheet ($4) – A signature K-beauty treatment from the popular Korean brand Tony Moly. This mask works to improve elasticity and firm skin using pomegranate extract. It came thoroughly soaked in serum and left my skin feeling hydrated, plumped, and refreshed.
Leaders Insolution Hydrogel Eye Therapy Patch ($4) – Another quick beauty treatment (and my personal favorite from this box). My skin drank up the formula within 30 minutes, and looked so much smoother, firmer, and brighter afterwards. I would absolutely use these again!
PureDerm Lavender Makeup Cleansing Tissues ($8) – This pack includes 30 lavender-scented tissues, all thoroughly soaked in cleansing solution. They’re gentle on the skin yet strong enough to remove even waterproof eye makeup. I’m always stocking up on these, so I was happy to get an extra pack!
Fascy Moisture Bomb Hand Cream Mango (~$10) – Another year-round essential. This scented cream uses natural ingredients like Shea butter, macadamia seed oil, and aloe vera to soften and soothe dry skin. The lightweight formula spreads amazingly well and absorbs quickly – my hands literally drink it up!
Star Wars Furry Pom Pom Handbag Charm (~$8) – A fuzzy Star War’s themed pom pom keychain, complete with the Rebel Alliance symbol on a metal piece. It’s cute, but I think my cat is having more fun with it than me…
Star Wars Sticker ($2) – A sticker of a Stormtrooper, enjoying what looks to be a steaming green tea latte. I personally think this is adorable, and it may be finding a home on my laptop.
