July’s Goddess Provisions box was themed around the Solar Plexus Chakra, and connecting with our confidence and inner strength. It included 7 items, plus a downloadable guide. Here’s the full breakdown of items.
Love Rope Bracelet (Value: $27.95) – Wrap brackets are so cute and casual looking for Summer, and this one is especially unique! It was handmade in Bali by Loverope and features a charm that says ‘Goddess’. On their website, you can actually customize your own Loverope bracelet by choosing the wrap color plus the wording/phrase that you’d like it to say.
“I Can” Solar Plexus Chakra Rx Spray by Scentual Goddess (Value: $12.95) – This Chakra Rx Sprays can be used during meditation, personal rituals, yoga or energy healing work, or as a pillow of body spray. There are 7 sprays in the set, and each spray works with one of your main Chakras. On the back of each bottle, they’ve included instructions and a meditation or visualization exercise. There are also natural crystals to help further attune our chakras – pretty cool!
Stash Lemon Herbal Tea (Value: $4) – This is a bright, lemony tea to help boost your mood without the caffeine – I’m looking forward to drinking this iced for a cool Summer treat!
Solar Plexus Chakra Balancing Anointing Oil by Soulful Body (Value: $11.50) – This is an invigorating scent made with peppermint, rosemary, and lemongrass, all blended with golden jojoba oil and infused with a golden quartz crystal. I like to apply this for a little ‘pick-me-up’ throughout the day on the wrists.
Seed of Life Sacred Geometry Grid by Cave & Canyon (Value: $25) – This grid is supposed to serve as a guide for placing crystals to help manifest the energy you’re looking for. I’m completely new to the concept of using crystals to draw energy, but it’s something I’m now a little bit curious about – might do some reading just to learn the background.
Printed Card by Lexy Olivia (Value $4) – This is a cute little hand painted and hand drawn greeting card that features the citrine crystal (one that helps balance the Solar Plexus Chakra). It comes with a quartz metallic envelope with light shimmer.
Tiger Eye Tumble Stone (Value: $3) – According to the card, the tiger eye stone “carries a protective energy to ground, cleanse, and stimulate the willpower and emotion of your Solar Plexus Chakra.”
Solar Plexus Chakra Guide by The Moon Sisterhood (Value: $19.97) – This is a downloaded e-book (the access information was provided on the info card). It provides some information on the third chakra, along with yoga poses and recommended crystals,and essential oils to help align this energy centre.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Goddess Provisions is one of the most unique boxes I’ve ever tried out. Even if you don’t personally practice the actual spiritual exercises, you can get a lot of use out of the products! The Love Rope Bracelet, Stash Lemon Herbal Tea, “I Can” Essential Oil Spray by Scentual Goddess, and Solar Plexus Chakra Anointing Oil by Soulful Body, for example, are items I’ve been just casually using and/or wearing daily (and are some of my favs!). It’s an amazing value too if you’re into yoga, meditation, crystals, or spiritual tools – the total value came in just over $100!
