Today I’m excited to share with you some of my favorite picks from Boscov’s Spring Collection! I went shopping this past weekend and grabbed a bunch of dresses, shorts, tops, shoes, and accessories, incorporating the latest Spring 2017 trends – we’re talking all-over florals, tie dye, polka dots, ruffles, off-the-shoulder tops, and more. Here’s everything I picked up!
My first find is this gorgeous ’60’s-inspired top from Tommy Hilfiger, complete with polka dots and ruffles – (both of which I rarely wear, but for some reason, I fell in love with this particular combo!). I love the vintage-feminine vibe of the top, balanced out with a pair of classic white shorts.
Stripes are another trending style this spring. I’m not a huge fan of bold stripe designs, but what I do like is when they’re more subtle, like on this shirttail dress. The lighter grey and white combo adds just the right amount of contrast. Also, I’m loving the 70’s style choker neckline!
This spring, we’re showin’ off the shoulders! To get in the boho spirit, I grabbed this flowy off-the-shoulder shirt from Almost Famous. It’s breezy and lightweight (perfect for hot, humid weather), and pairs beautifully with a comfy bralette underneath. To finish the look, I added some pastel green shorts and the cutest printed backpack from Sakroots.
For a feminine twist, I picked up this ’70’s-inspired floral dress, complete with a sexy lace-up detailing around the neckline. Although this fits like a swing dress, it actually tapers a bit in the waist area to create a more feminine silhouette.
This Spring, ’70’s tie-dye is back! I’m in love with the edgy red and black combo on this super comfy, swing-style dress. It also easily transitions from day to night (just add a little red lipstick, some jewelry, and you’re set!).
Here I’ve paired a ’70’s-inspired dark denim tunic and bralette with clean white shorts for a casual-cool look that’s perfect for a weekends!
For my last look, I’m wearing a vintage-inspired washed stripe button-up from Vintage America over top a black bralette, complete with a pair of pastel shorts. I finished off this casual, almost safari-inspired look with classic aviators from Kenneth Cole, and a mini backpack (shown earlier).
Overall, I had a really fun time shopping at Boscov‘s and picking out some new pieces to add to my wardrobe for spring and summer. I was honestly surprised by the huge selection they had in stores and all the Spring 2017 on-trend pieces I was able to find – from ’60’s-inspired polka dots and pastels, to ’70’s-inspired tie dye, floral prints, and stripes!
What spring trends are you loving this year? Have you done your spring shopping yet? Any favorites?
